Terms & Conditions
Mennocha Terms & Conditions:
1. Delivery Responsibilities
We are not responsible for the quality or condition of the product once it has been delivered and left exposed to heat, cold, or other environmental conditions.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete, and that the intended recipient (or an authorized person) is available to receive the order during the agreed-upon delivery window.
Mennocha Responsibility: We commit to delivering your order within the specified timeframe to the address provided. Once the order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
2. Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery is considered failed if any of the following occur:
The recipient is not present at the delivery location within the agreed-upon delivery window (usually a 10-15 minute grace period is observed).
The provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible (e.g., locked gate, no access code).
The delivery driver cannot contact the customer or recipient using the provided contact number.
3. Consequences of Failed Delivery
Non-Refundable: In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons outside of Mennocha’s control (as listed above), the customer will forfeit the entire order cost, and no refund will be provided. This covers the cost of the perishable product and the delivery attempt.
Re-Delivery Request: If possible, and subject to the driver’s schedule and the order’s perishable nature, a re-delivery attempt may be requested. This will incur an additional delivery charge, which must be paid before the second attempt. Re-delivery is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
Safe Drop-off (if applicable): If the customer explicitly authorizes a “safe drop-off” (leaving the product unattended at the door/gate) at the time of ordering, Mennocha is released from all responsibility for the product’s condition once it is left at the agreed location. This includes theft, damage, or spoilage due to weather or pests.
4. Products Left at Delivery Address
If a product is successfully delivered or left at a designated safe drop-off location as authorized by the customer, Mennocha’s responsibility ends upon completion of the drop-off.
