Refund Policy
At Mennocha, we are committed to providing you with freshly baked, high-quality products. Every order is prepared with meticulous care and attention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we have clear guidelines for order cancellations, refunds, and addressing issues with your order.
Order Cancellations
If a custom or large order is canceled less than 72 hours in advance, the entire amount paid (deposit plus balance) will be Refunded.

Customers may cancel their order up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery and receive a full refund.
If an order is canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time will not be refunded, as the order will already be in production or ready for dispatch.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we want to make it right!
Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order and provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product. This short timeframe is necessary due to the perishable nature of our goods.
If we confirm the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or significant damage during handling), we will offer a full refund for the affected items (we do not offer replacements or store credit).
If the issue is reported after the 2-hour window, we will not be able to process a refund.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Please ensure the delivery address and recipient availability are correct.
Mennocha is not responsible for orders that cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if there is no one available to receive the order at the specified time.
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed policies regarding failed deliveries and responsibility for orders left at the delivery address (e.g., if a safe drop-off is agreed upon).
Custom & Large Orders
Customized cakes, cookies, and large bulk orders (as defined by Mennocha) require a non-refundable deposit to secure the order and cover initial preparation costs.
Cancellations for these orders must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to receive a refund on the remaining balance (the deposit will not be refunded).
